Who controls your data

Klinik Pro, Højrebygade 25C, st., 4920 Søllested, Denmark (CVR/VAT DK21268887), trading as Nuvela, is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: support@klinikpro.dk.

What we collect

Order data: name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order contents, collected when you check out.
Newsletter data: your email address, if you subscribe.
Shopping bag: the items in your bag are stored in your browser (local storage), not on our servers, until you check out.
Returning-customer reference: after a successful order, we store a reference to your Stripe customer record in your browser (local storage), so that if you order again on the same device, your name and address can be pre-filled at checkout. This contains no personal data itself — it only points to your saved details, which are held by Stripe. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it, and it never leaves the device without an order actually being placed.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we process it, and on what basis

To fulfil and ship your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
To process payment — necessary to perform our contract with you.
To pre-fill your details on a repeat order — our legitimate interest in offering a faster checkout to returning customers. You can prevent this by clearing your browser’s site data.
To send newsletter emails — based on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
To meet accounting and tax obligations — necessary for legal compliance.

Who we share it with

We share order and delivery details with the following processors, only as needed to fulfil your order:

Stripe — payment processing.
B2B GRIFFATI (our supplier, Italy) — order fulfilment and shipping, since items are shipped directly from their warehouse to you.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Some processors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA; where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by Danish accounting law (generally 5 years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:

give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it;
restrict or object to certain processing;
give you your data in a portable format.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and never storing your card details ourselves.
