1. Who we are

Nuvela (nuvela.shop) is operated by Klinik Pro, Højrebygade 25C, st., 4920 Søllested, Denmark, CVR/VAT DK21268887 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every order placed through the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you confirm your order. We take reasonable care to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur; if we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item goes out of stock — in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Items are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in Italy to your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and typically range from a few days to about two weeks depending on destination. We currently ship to addresses across the European Union.

6. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions described in our Returns & Withdrawal policy.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods are guaranteed to conform to their description for two years from delivery, as required by EU consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for losses not caused by our breach, or for indirect losses, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the EU country where you live, and nothing here removes those protections. You can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown at the time you place an order applies to that order.
